Visit Open Directory RDF Dump http://rdf.dmoz.org/
here you are able to download raw data used on dmoz.org

As you know everything in dmoz.org is perfectly organized.

The trick:
For each domain bestdogtraining.com you add a
info@bestdogtraining.com
marketing@bestdogtraining.com
sales@bestdogtraining.com
(info, marketing, sales in front of the domains)

Verify the emails in a verifier and then you got SUPER targeted emails (because of the categories) ready to go.

Method 2 - Alexa
Download top 1,000,000 domains daily at
http://s3.amazonaws.com/alexa-static/top-1m.csv.zip

Same trick as in method 1
