是的这个账户我收不到pp的认证而且同样收不到其他的一些认证不敢用来接钱

你注册24小时以后能正常成功登陆啊？

按说明注册成功后，没有生成帐号，出现如下内容：
Thank you for completing the application for a Wired Plastic Visa® Prepaid Card! Just a few more steps before we can mail your new card. Upon successful identification* and approval, your card will be mailed to you:
Make a copy of ALL the following documents:
• Driver's license or state ID card
• Social security card
• A current monthly bill (phone, water, gas, electric, cable, etc.) that shows your full name and current address.
Fax this page along with a copy of these documents to 1-801-298-6404, or mail your documents to:
Wired Plastic Visa Prepaid Card
P.O. Box 71402
Salt Lake City, Utah 84171
Your card will be mailed to you once we have received and verified your documents. To start taking advantage of all the benefits Wired Plastic has to offer, fax us your documents right away!
If you have any questions, please contact Wired Plastic Customer Service at 1-801-383-1003 .

好象不行，要传真以下文件的：
