求个能扫描http代理的 vps推荐啊，各位老板

感觉最近的流量代理不给力，我想自己扫的看看。 弄了几个vps。昨天扫了一天。用了4台vps。
今天早上一登录qq。邮箱全是yardvps转来的别人的滥用投诉。被暂停使用3个vps。
老板们，有没有管的宽松的vps啊。

早上打开邮箱，好多这种转来的投诉。
