小弟收到一封老外客服的邮件，大部分能看懂，有一句不怎么明白，哪位懂的能帮我解释一下么？

原文：
“I was able to look into the matter further for you scott. Basically when we decline the order its because we have refused to accept the payment due to suspicious activity. The bank releases the funds immediately which is why it shows as negative on your statement. Since the funds were never accepted, you are just waiting on the bank to update the satement to reflect this. The money generally shows back up within 72 hours. I hope I was able to clear up the confusion."
