As stated most networks will pay weekly with volume and most important Quality, i just breezed over other replies but networks that were mentioned here pay weekly after the 1st month, as this is smart business as they have to verify your traffic is not gonna cause them to lose money.
I can assure you now networks that offer you weekly from start with no probational period is either gonna be shut down real fast or they just have a lot of money and do not mind losing it, I vote for the first one.
I have learned from experience that most (not all just most)affiliates that prefer weekly over EPC are only trying to get what they can before getting caught,
I personally would take net 30 and a smaller payout for a much better EPC, example ran creditreport.com was getting $1.42 EPC but being paid $29, then offered $31.00 from else where and watched EPC go down to 0.47.
Needless to say when offer comes live again i will be getting $2.00 less per say, However i will be earning much more due to EPC
Weekly and payout should not be your main concern with CPA, any fool can offer you these and adjust to compensate, You need to pay most of your attention to EPC,
