PP的的钱发不出去什么原因，求高人解答一下

昨天收到了一小笔款，今天发不出去，请问是什么原因，发送的时间提示you must add funds to your PayPal account before sending more money.但是我PP里面有足够的钱，为什么发不出去，（标注一下，pp13号收了一笔100多刀的，16号一笔500多的，来自同一公司，今天发出去一笔100刀的付款，但是再登录发钱就发不出去了，一刀也发不出去）求高人解答，加Q61671949一，非常感谢

只能发出去一刀，10刀就提示you must add funds to your PayPal account before sending more money，楼上大侠是否也遇到过同样问题。

OK... I just got off the phone with the Paypal people. They said that in my specific case, it's happening because I'm sending a hefty sum of money out of the US while my account is still 10 days old. Yeah $250 is a "hefty sum" now somehow... :/

They told me the workaround was to contact the people you are trying to buy from and get them to invoice you. Hope this helps anyone who's in a similar situation.

上面的意思是，由于paypal注册刚10天的时间，操作及金额太平凡，所以paypal会进行限制！后面的推荐方法是试试让你要付款的对方向您发送请款试试！
