求助prepop和Aweber的问题

I'm trying to prepopulate data from a completed form (created with aweber) on my own landing page INTO a form on another page (an advertiser's landing page that I have no control over).
For instance, when someone completes the form on this page:
http://www.xxxxxx.COM/ppa
they are taken to:
http://www.xxxxx.com/click.track ... 79&SID=&em={!email}
I WANT THEIR EMAIL TO APPEAR HERE AUTOMATICALLY.
(NOTE: '&em={!email}' is appended to the link in order to successfully prepopulate the email address into the form when that link is EMAILED to members of my list and they click on it. '{!email}' is provided by Aweber--I use Aweber to send email as well.)
Anyway, Aweber has a script to prepopulate form data onto another page but since I don't have access to edit the advertiser's page this is of no use. (see: http://www.xxxxx.com/click.track ... DID=596579&SID=

简单来说就是我在Aweber的 thank you page 里面填上了http://www.xxxxx.com/click.track ... 79&SID=&em={!email}  （联盟offer的地址） thank you page 下面的高级选项pass form data 也选上了
但是Aweber的技术人员说要在thank you page 里面加脚本，但是我们根本没有修改offer的权利啊？
请各位大大有什么解决的办法？

直接问你AM，不同的联盟系统后面添加的参数不一样的
