I use the software  which named  aweber to promote offers. And  the emails  are  collected from the web.

I'm running several niche sites with an autoresponder service provider named Aweber or iContact, whatever. I use it to encourage the subscription and build my lists. According to different offers, inside of Aweber i'm able to geo-target my audience and send them newsletters or follow-up emails with your offers embeded...
