Which website are you using to get accepted?
你是用哪一个网站去申请才得到批准的呢？

You need to basically show them that you are serious about promoting their offers.
Give them a detailed answer of 2-3 paragraphs.
Most of them will ask you your websites traffic stats and your audience and if you intend to use Email marketing – if you do then simply state that you intend to carry out email marketing using Double Opt in.

If they ask you your promotional methods then you can talk about PPC, Article Marketing, Social Media etc.
A good strategy if you are newer to CPA is to say youve been doing other internet marketing like clickbank promotion or working some of the smaller search engines and now you want to leverage everything you learned to start investing in CPA.

In general #1 call them and #2 be confident and then #3 smile as you get accepted. Its not that tough guys!
Well in terms of specifics…. whether this is true for you or not, they seem to like the following:

1) You have your own website. Ummm, they really like education and financial based sites. Weight loss too. Basically think what kind of big vertical offers they carry. Site doesn’t need to be fancy. You could even buy one in these niches on eBay for dirt cheap just for approval.
2) They like to hear that you spend $200/day or more on PPC or Media Buying, and that is how you get your traffic.
3) Try not to tell them at this point you market via email drops, if you do.
4) If you have 5000 visitors a month they’ll really like that
5) GET them on the phone. When you submit your app, call them early after, ask to speak to someone to get your acceptance expedited.

I Got 10 CPA accounts approved when I first started out and I called them from Asia after putting a Canadian address on the apps. I got declined by about 5 of them right off the bat because they didn’t read the comments I put. I called them, explained my situation, and they approved me.
