I can approve your account I just need to know a few things.How do you plan on
promoting our offers, and what are your main forms of traffic generation?I just
need to know a little bit more about how you plan on promoting our offers. If you
plan on promoting our offers on any URL's please provide them to me so that I may
review them for you.

其次发表一下个人看法。
这些问题无非是些老生常谈的问题，总结起来俩字 忽悠。。
你就告诉他 你通过adwors ppc了什么的宣传 通过bbs了什么的带动人气什么的
反正就是能搞来流量能给联盟带来利润就可以了。。
语言表达能力不太好，就这么个意思
