我网站（排名10W）上放了一个CPM，因为空间不太稳定，有时要访问几次才能打开。
联盟查站时正好遇上打不开，要我解释是怎么回事？请各位同学指点下怎么忽悠
The issue wasn't that your website was just down. It was the fact the your website
was down and millions of impressions were still coming through our tags which is a
red flag for fraudulent traffic. I need you to speak to this and let us know what
was going on. Please advise asap, you are still in audit mode.
