联盟付佣金都开始要发票了。。。。

We would like to request that you send us an invoice for this amount so that we may remit the funds to you.

Also, we would ask that you include the following description in your invoice:

'Affiliate Commission earned until 31st January 2014'.

As soon as your invoice is received, we will send it for payment by PayPal

这个是形式发票？
不太懂 是管联盟要个模版 还是自己在网上找个模版改改就行啊
