我的CJ帐号是用US资料申请的，提交W-9用了假的美国社会保障福利号,CJ反馈说无效，随后我将帐户资料修改为国内地址后提交了W-8BEN,今日CJ来信询问我如下问题：

Why did you start the account as being listed in the US and submit tax data that was not valid, then change the country listing to China?
IRS Form W-9 07/21/2012
Were you ever in the US?

请各位行家帮忙为我出个解释，非常感谢！
最好能用英文教我写个回信...呵呵

To whom it may concern,

I used to co-operate a US citizen for the web. He was in charge of affiliate application

He walked off last month and left a big mess, I have no clue y he handed in the invalid info.

P.S. I was the major tech guy running the web, I relocated to China recently.

Really sorry for the misunderstanding.
