在NAME.com注册的域名被停止解析，谁遇到过这样的情况？

MD，昨天登陆name面板，发现我其中一个域名不见了，该域名是去年12月份注册，不存在过期问题。查看WHOIS信息，状态为停止解析，写信给name，给我这样的答复,英语比较差，借用翻译软件翻译后不敢确定是不是正确，所以来这里请教下各位。
