用email推广，email list怎么弄？

这个是收到一家联盟的调查信 我告诉他我通过email来推广的。后来AM就问我Where did you get your email list from? Do you have a copy of the email that you could send me with our affiliate link in it? 我该怎么回答他才好呢。
